Neptune collects nonpublic personal information about you from various sources including information from our interviews with you, previous years tax returns, names, addresses, social security numbers from applications, organizers or by other means, tax-related documents such W-2's, 1099R's, 1099-INT, stock transactions, and similar details. Neptune does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as requested by them or as required by law. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you only to employees who need to know such information to provide our services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Existing clients can access and/or correct personally identifiable information that we collect by contacting us directly at 262-786-0708, or by visiting us at our Elm Grove office. We will be happy to modify and/or remove your records from our database upon request in accordance with the laws and regulations to which we are bound. We use this procedure of direct contact to better safeguard your private information. To further protect your privacy and security, we will require verification of your identity upon making such a request.
